Current entry fee
€20 per main category until 31 December 2026. Echo Selections has a dedicated €10 fee.
Festival access
Each submitted video includes five guest-list places for the three festival days.

These answers apply to the current AMVA call. They will be incorporated into the final Terms & Conditions before checkout is activated.
Who can submit a music video?
Artists, directors, production companies, labels and other representatives may submit, provided they hold the rights and authority necessary to enter the work.
Which works are eligible?
AMVA is open to music videos of any genre, nationality and budget completed between 1 January 2026 and 15 April 2027. Each submitted work must not exceed 8 minutes.
Can I submit a work made with generative AI?
No. Generative AI must not be used in the submitted work. AMVA is committed to protecting human creativity, artists and the environment.
What link should I provide?
Please submit a public or private screening link that remains available throughout the selection period. If a password is required, include it in the dedicated field. If selected, AMVA may request a high-quality screening file and complete credits.
Can I enter more than one category?
Yes. You may enter the same music video in more than one relevant category. Each selected category is a separate entry and carries its own fee. The applicable rate is applied automatically, without a manual choice between Early Bird and Regular entry.
Why can’t I enter Best Music Video directly?
Best Music Video is the AMVA Grand Prize. It is selected from the winners of the main AMVA categories and cannot be entered directly.
What is Echo Selections?
Echo Selections is an out-of-competition editorial selection for works recognised for their artistic impact. Selected works receive an official festival screening and may be voted for by the public for the Audience Award. The Echo Selections entry fee is €10.
What are the deadlines?
The Early Bird rate of €20 per main category applies automatically until 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027, the Regular rate of €30 applies until 15 April 2027. Selected works will be announced by 30 April 2027.
What does a submission include?
Each submitted video includes five guest-list places for the three festival days. We recommend entering a video in more than one relevant category where appropriate.
Who owns the work after submission?
You retain ownership of the work. By submitting, you grant Nèira Cultural Association a non-exclusive permission to screen the work as part of AMVA and to use excerpts, stills, credits and the title for festival communication and promotion.
How does selection work?
Eligible entries are reviewed by the AMVA jury. The jury’s decisions are final. Only selected entrants will be contacted using the email address provided at submission.
Are submission fees refundable?
Submission fees are not refundable because a work is not selected. The final wording on cancellations, schedule changes and force majeure will be published in the complete Terms & Conditions before checkout opens.
Where and when is AMVA held?
AMVA is a three-day international music video festival in Aosta, planned for mid-June 2027. The detailed programme, venues and daily schedule will be announced separately.
